Bio

Jedd is a bassist with a career spanning almost 40 years.  He has played in rock and jazz bands and in orchestras and musicals.  He plays 4, 5, 6, string electric fretted and fretless basses as well as upright bass.

Jedd has performed in multiple genres throughout the northeast and on tour in the mid-west and Europe.  He was the bass player for “The Best of Broadway”, a Broadway revue, on tour in Europe.  He has performed in the pit at the Terris Theater in Chester, CT and more recently for the Las Vegas style revue “Legends in Concert” at Foxwoods as a last minute substitute bass player.   Among countless recordings, his bass playing has been recorded on four separate songs with all four members of Living Colour.  He is currently the bass player for the power rock trio Crossroad Crooks, releasing their CD this May.  He is also the bass player for the Ken Serio Jazz Trio,  which just recorded two songs with Mike Stern.  Jedd released his solo electric bass CD, All Alone.  He has performed his solo material across Connecticut including an opening spot for Oz Noy, Jimmy Haslip and Dennis Chambers. This release follows his self-produced  EP of rock songs featuring Vernon Reid, Matt Starr, Kenny Aronoff, Gilby Clarke, Todd Kerns, Doug Wimbish, Brian Tichy and Paulie Z.!
